SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the text messaging program operated by The B-Team, LLC ("The B-Team," "we," "us," or "our"). By opting in, you agree to these Terms.
1. Program Description
The B-Team, LLC sends business alert and notification text messages, such as appointment and service updates, to individuals who have opted in to receive them. This program is informational and is not a marketing or promotional messaging program.
2. How You Opt In
Consent to receive SMS messages is captured through a dedicated opt-in checkbox within our client portal/app at the time you engage our services. By checking that box, you affirmatively consent to receive text messages from The B-Team, LLC at the mobile number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

5. How to Opt Out
You may cancel the SMS program at any time. Text STOP to the number you received messages from. After you send the message "STOP" to us, we will send you a message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, follow the opt-in instructions provided through our client portal/app.
